This is a very pleasant walk, mostly on tracks and field-paths and almost entirely flat. You go past Bedingfield Hall, with its moat still in water on all sides, then on to the edge of Southolt. From there you take a field-edge path and then a byway to Bedingfield House. From here you take more field-paths and a minor road to Bedingfield Green and so back to Kenton. There are just two stiles on the route, neither difficult, but no pubs.
