Continuing my series of walks along the Fife Coastal Path this circular walk takes in the village of Kinghorn with it's attractive beach, then round the coast passed the seal filled rocks at Seafield
Leaving the Coastal Path at the entrance to Fife's administrative capital Kirkcaldy the walk then climbs up onto the rolling coastal countryside and returns along quiet country lanes, one of then the strangely named "Jaw Banes Road" and farm paths to the Ecology Centre at Kinghorn Loch where you can enjoy a cup of tea in the excellent farm shop / café before returning to the station
