Kingswear - Woods and River Dart

Starting from the end of Kingswere Creek we have a short piece of roadwork before entering woodland and walk in its peace while enjoying scenic views over the River Dart and Dartmouth with its historic Navel College. After a few kilometres, we reach the upper ferry with a possible detour over to visit Dartmouth (0.50p each way). From here we return along the bank of the river and next to the track of the steam railway.
