Although on the edge of the city, the majority of this walk is beside fields or through trees.
With no hills on the route this is a good walk for poor weather in winter. The paths are in good condition (but muddy in places) and obvious. The Garden Centre at the halfway point is good for a hot drink and defrost. Some slippery slopes make grippy footwear essential.
