Llangorse Lake is South Wales' largest natural lake and is a centre for many outdoor activities. There are always ponies about and they make good photos. The walk is uphill all the way to the summit but the views make it all worthwhile. I do not know how many counties you can see but there are mountains there that I have not yet climbed. A clear day is best for the view and the climb to the summit should not be undertaken if the top is in cloud.
