Llyn Brianne and the Doethie Valley

Starting from the public car park at Llyn Brianne Dam, this walk takes in part of the Cambrian Way through the unspoilt wilderness of the Doethie Valley. The full walk takes 10 hours or so but you can break it into two easy days by staying at the Tynycornel Bunkhouse. Day two takes in Soar Y Mynydd - Wales' most remote chapel, still without Electricity in 2016 - before climbing up for some great views over the upper Towy and an easy descent through the forest to the shores of Llyn Brianne
