A circular walk around the excellent Lochore Meadows Country Park.

Once the heart of a thriving coalmining industry, the country park is the result of the remediation work undertaken after the closure of the central Fife collieries in the 50s and 60s. Centred around Loch Ore and the Visitors' Centre, the walk is an excellent introduction to this amenity.

Pretty much off lead all the way round. obviously there are cars in the car park and the beach near the Centre is dog free but other than that there are no significant issues Whilst walking the dogs there last week we saw an otter swimming near Clune Bay
