This moderate walk crosses the little-known Graystone Hills in the North York Moors National Park four miles south of Whitby, using a section of Wainwright's Coast to Coast route. We then return through woodland to view Falling Foss Waterfall.

If you wish you may then enjoy refreshments in the Tea Garden at Midge Hall before following May Beck for 1km back to the car park.

Good walk with some splendid views over Whitby. Although there are a lot of stiles.
