This is a circular walk round the country park along a route suitable for wheelchair users on their own. You can also explore footpaths off this route if you have an assistant or two coming with you as there is a good network of softer paths throughout the park to allow for further exploration. Many of the features in the park, including the lime avenues and the arboretum are a legacy of the time when Marbury was a grand estate. In spring the woods are filled with lesser celandines, wood anemones and bluebells. The scent of wild garlic permeates the air as the spring progresses and the trees come into leaf. Children will enjoy the extensive play area, close to the picnic site. You may find cows in some fields along your route. There no gates, stiles or any other obstacles.

This walk is suitable for children, senior citizens and anyone in-between; it is excellent for dogs, wheelchairs and buggies. Suitable footwear will be anything flat soled and there should be no problems for anyone wearing shorts. On your route there are no refreshment facilities except for an ice-cream van on the car park in the summer. There is large picnic area, partially covered and bench seats are scattered all over the park.
