A simply cracking little walk on the outskirts of Weymouth, starting at Nottington and going on to the edge of Radipole then into Southill and skirting Chickerell, each community surrounded by splendid Dorset countryside and with the River Wey flowing nearby. Of interest along the way is the transformer station, inconspicuous in a valley, but viewed when walking above it. There are a few steep climbs with some distant views, and altogether it is an extremely pleasant walk.
