This pleasant linear walk takes one through woodlands and open country from Onley (famous for its pancake race) to Newport Pagnell (famous for Aston Martin cars).

The towns of Olney and Newport Pagnell were important staging posts in the past. Both have ample parking and possibilities for refreshment before or after the walk.

Nice walk with some lovely views. Confusion at point 46 on looking out for a point where the path swaps to the other side of the hedge. This is either non obvious anymore or there is no signage for this. I found my way to Tyringham in the end but it was a source of frustration to miss this. Nice end to the walk though walking by the Lakes and through Bury Fields

Really well described, lots of way points. (Ref 60) visible track through crop field couldn't be seen. Think this is due to new utility poles and cable across the field. There is a utility service track under the powerlines. This got us to the same destination roughly.
