This fourth stage is not downhill all the way as it passes down from the rocky slopes of the Cadi Range to the verdant pastures of Cerdanya and to the picturesque town of Bellver de Cerdanya. It should be mentioned that the height loss on this day is 1,233 metres.

From Prat d'Aguiló Shelter, the way down is via a busy track, especially in summer, to Coll de l'Home Mort, where the road returns to old roads going to Las Eras, Mala Terra and Plans d'Heures, to reach in the valley the towns of Nas and Pi. Just before reaching Pi, the road is marked with the red and white marks of GR-150 until Talló.

In this village, the old smithy has become a small interpretive centre, auto-visitable, where you can see how the iron was worked in times past. Who knows if the same Picasso stopped here to repair a damaged shoe of the horses that had carried them through the Cadi! From here the trail leads to Talló and Bellver, end-point of the route.
