We begin with a ramble along the rocky coast edge, enjoying the most delightful views to seawards over the offshore islands including Conillera. Later we pass by the ancient defensive tower Torre d'en Rovira (see additional information) and leave the coastline to head through woods to Cala Bassa. This is a delightful place to pause at any time of the year and between May and October a super swim can be had. But see additional information. Afterwards we wend our way through the woods behind the Cala to join the dirt road that will take us directly back through lovely countryside to the coastline near Playa Comte, from where it is a short step back to the start.

Stunning coastal walk. Views of islands are incredible. Got slightly lost after turning inland from Cala Bassa, so take care. Did in May 2022 - start early to enjoy when it is quiet. Mairead and Shaun

My thanks to Walkingworld members Diana and Rod for checking this one out in December 2017 and suggesting some improvements that have been incorporated. The walk remains good. Jim Arymar.
