This walk was originally compiled by Alan and Janet Love, sadly both are no longer with us. Alison Gilbert has kindly offered to take them over. Alison and Walkingworld would like all these excellent walks to remain as a continuing tribute to Alan and Janet.

The circular walk starts from Royal Tunbridge Wells Town Hall and takes us through the 'Calvery Grounds' and surrounding streets to reach the southern outskirts of the town, through lovely rural scenery near Hawkenbury, returning across farmland and through the recently renovated and refurbished Dunorlan Park with its picturesque fountain, wildfowl and boating lake. There are cafe and toilet facilities in both parks.

We go through a private road, Camden Park, with its fine properties, finally through Calverly Park, another private road, with its exclusive Decimus Burton properties. From here we make our way back to the town hall.
