From the free car park in Ruan Minor we follow the little lane that will bring us to the lovely little bay at Poltesco. From here we will follow the coastal footpath southwards for about 1.5 kilometres to bring us to picturesque Cadgwith, with its fishing boats and excellent pub and refreshment facilities. From Cadgwith we will climb and continue briefly along the coastal path diverting past the quaintly named Devil's Frying Pan before turning inland to visit St Ruan's Well and the Grade Church of the Holy Cross. From here it is an easy ramble back to the start at Ruan Minor.

Checked this one out in August 2022. Everything good and this remains a beautiful and very interesting hike

One of the best walks in SW Cornwall. Hope to repeat this year. It's got everything!
