Saracen's Head Figure-of-Eight

This walk starts at Ye Olde Saracen's Head, Balsall Common, Solihull. The pub has a large car park and is used by local walkers because of this (plus the 2-for-1 meal deals). From the pub the walk takes you across Balsall Common to Grange Farm, then along mostly flat terrain towards Barston and the River Blythe. From here we walk via Ferndale Farm, past Wooton Grange to do a figure-of-eight back to the walk start.
The route is meant primarily as a short walk that can be undertaken when time is limited, such as after work as a stress-buster, or during winter when the evenings draw in quickly.
The walk shares the same start as Walk 4199, Balsall Common to Fen End Circular.
