Heading north, the walk continues along the riverbank and under the Fledborough Viaduct to a sharp double bend in the river. The walk continues up Clifton hilltops then heads south along the cliff edge towards North Clifton. The walk passes through North Clifton, heading back to the Trent riverbanks, and retraces the outward route to South Clifton.

Fantastic walk!! Our dogs loved it. There is a great place for a picnic and where the dogs can play in the shallows of the Trent as it turns sharply to the right as per the directions. Highly recommended.
