he coast of the Isles of Scilly is justly famous for its walks but the interior is rich with flowers and the roads are a joy to walk along. At least they were in late April, with the spring hedgerow flowers much bird activity and minimal traffic. Therefore I have fashioned my IOS walks to include some interesting inland features as well as the coast. As regards walking along the coastal path I do not intend to insult the reader by recounting every little twist and turn- just follow the sea as close as you wish.
This walk starts in Porthloo, North East of Hugh Town and is easily reached from there. It takes in some ancient bronze age artifacts and village,
