Starting at Sudbury station this circular walk takes you through the residential area of Sudbury and Great Conard before reaching the Suffolk countryside. You will then pass through three villages using field paths, country lanes and meadows before returning to the station. You then get the option of visiting the market town with its array of shops and historic buildings.

Apart from the pubs in the town centre, you also pass two more en-route, The Maldon Grey in Sudbury and The Henny Swan in Great Henny, where you can enjoy a drink beside the River Stour and you can also hire canoes and paddle boards here.
All paths were clear and signposted (Oct 2022).
