Park at the Suffolk Food Hall, head towards the River Orwell and turn off through fields, woodlands and country lanes to arrive at Freston. From here, it's more country lanes and bridleways to pass through Cutlers wood. After exiting the wood, you follow more bridleways and country lanes to Wherstead. From here you head back in the direction of the River Orwell with excellent views over it and its splendid bridge, soon arriving back at the car park at the start of the walk.
