The River Ayr from Sea to Source Part 3: Failford to Sorn

Unfortunately at the moment there is a section along the road from Failford. After Haugh the walkway clings close to the banks as it winds an ever-changing course through pleasantly rolling lowlands and along the edge of small woodlands. Around every bend there is a surprise, from gushing and playful waterfall to large tree-covered pools. At Catrine the Way travels via the picturesque voes along the banks of the river to Sorn.
