A very scenic circular walk on Ullapool Hill, which overlooks the village of Ullapool. There are three marked walks on the hill and this walk, beginning at the north end of the village, samples all three of them. The views are quite stunning, to the Summer Isles, Outer Hebrides, Ben More Coigach, Coul Beag, An Teallach and along the length of Loch Broom.
It is very photogenic and there is a view guide en route.
The paths are good, though boots are recommended. It is okay for dogs. Note that the walk is on an exposed hillside reaching 250m, with no shelter, so bad-weather clothing should be carried as a precaution.
