This beautiful circular walk begins in the picturesque Warwickshire village of Ullenhall. It starts from the church, slowly crossing fields and lanes towards Hallend, following the Arden Way. Before crossing Henley-in-Arden Golf & Country Club there are a couple of benches, ideal for that well-earned rest and bite to eat. The walk then follows the perimeter of the golf course for a while, before returning to Ullenhall across farmland.

Walked this on 29/03/14 and it wasn't suitable for anyone mud-averse at all. Descending to point 5 was very wet. The field south of Hallend was virtually impassable and the long stretch along the south of the golf course was very squelchy most of the way. At the moment heavy machinery is making a mess of the path north of the golf Club House, so more mud to endure. Also I couldn't find the way NW of the bridle path between point 10 and 11 (and I did try) so ended up taking the bridle path south to the minor road heading back to Ullenhall. I would recommend this walk for summertime only.

We did this walk yesterday - a wonderful sunny February morning. The countryside is beautiful and birdlife abundant. One word of warning - the fields were VERY wet. We had good walking boots but they struggled to keep the wet out in parts. I also agree with Nicola - there was a bit too much of the golf course. Nevertheless very enjoyable, and would recommend to others.

Point No 5 The gate at Hall End Farm is no longer there! Should now read after passing the Nature Reserve on the left, look for the sign saying Hall End Farm and go into the field, at this point. It is however a great walk, like the others I have tried.

This was a pleasant walk, although I was getting bored with the golf course! The bits through woodland gave some opportunity for wildlife spotting (I saw two rabbits at close range). The directions were good, although I did make use of the map as well. Ullenhall looks like a lovely village, so I'll be heading that way again soon.

A pleasant walk which would make a nice stroll on long summer evening with perhaps a final sit-down at the village pub! This is the first time I've followed a WW walk and I found it very straightforward. The only difficulty is the section from Wm6 to Wm7. There is very little sign of the path on the ground as it has been oversown. I presume the path passes to the left of the 'small group of trees' mentioned in the note. From here it is very difficult to discern the line of the path and the only effective means is to orient the map and take a direction from this.
