This 14th walk of 15 individual circular
walks is a short walk that takes you all the way around Meldon reservoir. Well not quite all the way as the West bank isn't open access land. If you want to make a slightly longer walk then merge it with 9120 and start at Pigs Leg Lane near Bridestowe.

The walk starts with a bit of an uphill climb to reach the West Devon Way but then it really is an easy walk all the way to and around Meldon reservoir. There is however one quite steep bit on the way back but it is only a short sharp climb and not enough to tip it into a moderate walk. After that it is again a gently undulating then down hill walk back to the car. If you are not planning on doing the last walk along the WDW into Okehampton then there is a must do excursion to visit Meldon Viaduct.
