The walk starts by climbing Grey Hill, with its stone circle and standing stone. From the top there is a 360-degree view taking in both Severn Bridges, the Bristol Channel, Newport, Usk Mouth, Steep Holme and the Devon Coast in the far distance, with closer views of Wentwood and the reservoir.

Great little walk although we'd dispute 'easy climb' upto Gray Hill. Great views from top though - well worth the effort. Also our GPS says 2 miles not 4.5 miles. Unless of course we found a shortcut.
