September 2020 A pleasant forest walk on a sunny day. We would recommend you only attempt this walk if you have realtime access to the GPS coordinates - some of the waymarks/turns are not obvious despite the pictures supplied. We have on two occasions tried and failed to start this walk from the car park (pt1) and following the directions for pt2 and pt3. This time we started on the Icknield Way path where it crosses the Stow Road. We suggest keeping straight ahead on the track from the car park, skirt the back of Wideham Farm and Kings forest campsite, and keep on until you reach the wide sandy track that is the Icknield Way - turn right and you will eventually reach pt3 and then pt4. The post at pt4 was not visible. We could not make sense of the instructions at pt 10 and recommend that at this crossing track (with a narrow footpath ahead) you turn right, take the next wide grass track on the left and then the second left onto a wide dirt track that leads to the car park.
