This walk through the woodland is full of birdsong in the spring and is very colourful in the autumn. The walk can be extended if needed, at Waypoint 3. To the left of the sign, a path leads down through the reserve, zigzags down to the road to Llandogo and is very scenic, but demanding as you climb back up. This path can be muddy in places. Otherwise, the walk can be done in trainers.

A very pleasant gentle walk. Very muddy in wet weather - don't attempt in trainers! Waypoint 3, the sign for Cleddon Shoots is no longer there, but the bench is there as a waypoint.
