Wormhill - Peter's Dale - Dale Head - Tunstead - Flag Dale - Wormhill
Parking at Wormhill, the route goes along a walled path to drop down to a small portion of Monk's Dale before entering Peter's Dale. There's a long, level walk along the dale to Dale Head, then it's uphill to give good, all-round views of the surrounding rolling hills.
We continue across fields and along a short lane, then cross fields towards Flag Dale, where the path climbs out of and along the right-hand ridge. This joins a path, across the front, to drop into the lower end of the gorge of Flag Dale. Then it's a short walk to Hassop Farm and back to the car.
