From the quaint hamlet of Zennor we head NE across farmland passing various farms including one called Wicca. Just past Wicca we will head north towards the coast, passing Treveal and heading through a steep valley. We descend to reach the coastal path and go left to head west along it. Soon we can pause to view The Carracks and the seals that frequent the rocks. Our way continues along a truly lovely undulating stretch but beware, there are one or two quite tricky bits to negotiate involving some rock-clambering. Nearing Zennor Head there is the opportunity to divert to the headland. It would add about one kilometre to the walk. Finally we have a simple ramble along paths and lanes back into Zennor.

Walked this one again on a beautiful September 2018 day. Some of the fields between Way Marks 2 and 4 were planted with maize but the footpaths remain clear through them. There was absolutely no mobile telephone signal throughout the entire walk. The coastal path was beautiful but challenging! No changes and this remains a super walk - highly recommended in the right weather. Jim Arymar
