From the free, National Trust car park, we walk a section of flat, quiet, wooded country lane, before returning through woodland along the bank of the tranquil River Lynher. This walk is flat with decent paths and would appear perfectly suitable for wheelchair users. The walk is a simplified version of the Casonbury Hill walk and is ideal for parties of mixed abilities. The more able-bodied may follow Walk 3331 which climbs the wooded slopes of Casonbury Hill to its ancient hill-fort and extensive views over the surrounding Cornish countryside, before rejoining this walk to return to the car park. The less able-bodied in the party may meet them at Waymark 5 for the walk back.
