Reeth forms the focal point of this charming short walk up and down the dale of Arkengarthdale. The village itself has much to offer walkers, with numerous hostelries and tea rooms. The walk is very sheltered, as it takes in the lower slopes of the dale (ideal therefore for very young children who don't like the wind!)
