This pleasant circular walk from the Cornish seaside village of Seaton, takes us high along the beautiful Seaton Valley with views over its woodland. Dropping down into the valley and crossing to the other side of the road, we enter the nature reserve where there is ample opportunity to catch glimpses of the varied wildlife, flora and fauna. Our stroll allows us time to explore while following the river (the sharp-eyed may spot a brown trout), to the hamlet of Hessenford for a well-earned pub lunch. Our return journey leads us back through the nature reserve, where dragonflies can often be seen hovering over the reed-edged lakes, before returning to Seaton.
