Starting from the famous, busy holiday town of Torquay, we walk along the coast path to the quiet, sandy beach at Hollicombe and long sands of Preston before reaching the sands of the holiday town of Paignton. From here we leave the bigger towns and pass through the tropical cliff gardens and long sandy beaches at Goodrington, where we follow the steam railway tracks to Broadsands, with many good views of the trains and chances to visit several quiet bays. Finally we pass through Battery Gardens and arrive at our final destination, the historic fishing town of Brixham.

A good walk, done on Saturday 7th Sept.As the tide was in for most of this walk it was not possible to walk along the beach.Apart from a stop to buy an ice cream this walk took just over 4 hours

A superb walk, we found it very enjoyable, we walked along the beach as the tide was out which made it much better. There are some steep climbs to be wary of as some of the paths onto coves are well worn.
