Done this walk today. I found some of the walk directions slightly confusing; I have sent an update to Adrian tho. Really enjoyed the walk tho. There are quite a few steep ascents and descents to deal with. At waymark 8, opposite the church, there is a lovely pub called the Running Horses which isn't mentioned. Stop at waymark 16 and admire the view - 580ft height gain at this point. GPS reading came up with 10.2 miles, not 9 as indicated. Height gain is 1210 feet. Highly recommended walk.

We did this walk today and had problems finding the actual starting point (not the carpark) but eventually picked it up at point 8. Then we had no problems until point 27 which is where we think we went wrong because we ended up on the A24 and had to walk on the main road until we found point 8 again and made our way back the same way we came. This added quite a few extra miles and at least an hour onto the walk.

Have just completed this walk today. It's quite a challenging route, lasting about 4 hours. The car park at the start is actually Norbury rather than Bockett's Farm, but other than that, the directions are good and easy(ish) to follow. The path at Waymark 25 (straight ahead through the path in the woods) isn't immediately obvious, but we found it without too much difficulty. There was also an excellent variety of scenery - an ideal country walk.

Norman Lavender has kindly sent us amendments to WP20 & 21, and these have been entered. Thank you Norman

A lovely walk, somewhat tainted by getting lost at waypoint 21 and adding about 2 miles and 30 minutes to the walk. There are also various other ambiguous directions. I'd strongly recommend using a sat nav with this walk. However, the mmo file downloaded only seems to include the first half of the walk!

I've done this walk twice - you'd be pushing it a bit to complete it in 200 minutes.
